Job summary
Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon Web Services is looking for a talented Internal Recruiter to join its Internal Transfer team (iTeam). AWS’ Internal Recruiters support the iTeam's key recruiting programs, to include internal talent initiatives, offer preparations, and internal mobility recruiting-related events. They are passionate customer candidate advocates, with proven organizational capabilities and project management skills; self-starters with a passion for recruiting and talent management. Internal Recruiters help identify, develop, integrate and simplify innovative talent solutions alongside the recruiting teams and business partners across the AWS network.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Evangelize internal mobility in Australiag the experience for Employees and Hiring Managers
  • Build and manage internal offers, liaising with Hiring Managers, HR and compensation & benefits
  • Drive resolution of exceptions and other internal transfer-related challenges
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and applying a structured project management methodology - transitioning work to Employee Services as possible.
  • Managing the flow of communication with the business partners and internal candidates, related to internal mobility
  • Creating and reporting accurate recruiting metrics to highlight the internal application, interview and hiring activity across AWS
  • Participate in the creation of internal talent initiatives - Technical Talent Paths (TTP), Transcend, Expressways, and others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition function as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator or Sourcer
  • Experience building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and client relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Amazon’s compensation tools experience of building offers across multiple geographies
  • Knowledge of HR policies and process es
  • Recruiting experience, including experience of cross border transfers and immigration
